Any liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance by IIBN Limited, its directors, officers, trustees or employees is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees, if any, you pay to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) £100. Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit IIBN Limited’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence of IIBN Limited or fraud.
Release. IIBN Limited does not and cannot supervise or control meetings between members or interactions among between members and other persons or companies. In addition IIBN Limited does not control Paypal, credit card companies or other payment processing companies. By the very nature of the IIBN Services, IIBN limited has very limited control, if any, over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of various aspects of the IIBN Services or the members. You agree that you bear all risk and you agree to release IIBN Limited (and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and third party partners) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the IIBN Services, any third party transactions, your transportation to or from, attendance at IIBN events or meetings, or the actions of you or other persons at any event or meeting organised by IIBN Limited. Fees: IIBN Limited may charge fees for various premium features and services that we offer. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and IIBN Limited and supersedes any previous agreement relating to the subject matter of this Agreement or the IIBN Services. You hereby acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation or warranty save as expressly set out herein or in any document referred to herein.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement and any dispute relating to or in connection with the IIBN Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
