JCI Ireland Leadership Academy 2020
* This event is for 2020 JCI Ireland members who have not attended Leadership Academy before with a limited number of tickets open to the public * Dear 2020 Leadership Academy Delegates  We are so excited to welcome you to this year's academy in our beautiful venue Kippure Estate.  Your head trainer Catherine Laffey together with Deborah and JCI Immediate past president Kiera are very busy putting together the program for the weekend. At this point we ask you to trust us and previous attendees when we tell you, that although we are not going to shed much light about the program content, we can promise you a life changing journey of self-discovery, action and planning! You will leave the weekend with new friends, new self-awareness and new plans for your life ahead! For JCI members most of our graduates have gone on to have leadership positions at the local, national and international level and we like to think there is a future national president in each group, and for non JCI members, we see the skills thought elevating both members and non members in their careers and personal lives long into the future.We ask that you come ready to fully take part and with an open mind. You won't regret it!  Our National President for 2020 Ronan Neacy wants his members to grab the Academy with both hands and know #ThisIsJCIIreland What is included on the ticket: * 2 nights shared accomodations  * One Evening Training, Two Full Days Training and One Outdoor Training Session  * teamwork, workshops, personal goal setting * 2 x full Irish Breakfasts  *  2 course lunch - Saturday & Sunday *  2 course dinner Friday Evening and 3 course dinner Saturday evening * tea/coffee, non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and fruit  *Dietary Requirements Catered For ( Please inform us of any specific needs you might have) Dress code:  * casual & comfy clothes  * outdoor gear with flat shoes that allows for light exercise  Note: Delegates are expected to stay on site for the duration of the weekend Delegates are advised they can bring some alcoholic drinks but early nights are encouraged. There is a small bar on site also. Delegates are advised to inform friends and family  that they will have limited access to their mobile devices (unless necessary) to allow for full participation in the program Some delegates like to take a half or full day off the following Monday to allow time for reflection and rest
