Large enterprises using Microsoft Office 365 ( 500+ users ) looking to adopt or improve their use of Microsoft Teams for secure collaboration both internally and externally to their organisation. The challenge is a combination of user behaviour and technology configuration to ensure that user are adopting and adhering to the correct security and compliance policies when collaborating, so our ideal client has a clear vision for what they want their teamwork processes to look like and we then assist how this can be achieved with Microsoft Teams.

As a 100% Remote Working organisation with team members located in 4 countries across 3 continents, we specialise in assisting enterprises to adopt Microsoft Teams for Remote Working along with the change management services to support the adoption of this communication and collaboration platform.
What business services could you require from IIBN members occasionally/regularly?
We are currently scaling our business internationally so would welcome business advice on investment and the establishment of a growth board to advise of potential including the development of our AI solution to nudge user behaviour into the desired compliance when using Microsoft Teams.

I am involved with the Grow Remote movement (www.growremote.ie) which supports rural communities to attract Remote Workers and show how this new way of working can both transform our economy and help our rural towns and villages to repopulate while reducing the traffic congestion in our cities.
