Damian Maloney Bio
Damian is a talented Partner in the Beauchamp's Corporate & Commercial Group. He has extensive experience across areas of corporate, commercial and company law, including commercial contracts, M&A, FDI, group reorganisations, franchising and corporate governance. He has significant experience in the technology sector in particular, having worked as an in-house lawyer in technology companies for some years and regularly advises clients on matters pertaining to data protection.
Damian joined Beauchamps in 2018 having previously worked as in-house counsel for Oracle Corporation's EMEA operations. Damian originally qualified as a barrister in 2000. One of Damian's greatest attributes, is the mixture of legal expertise and business experience he brings to his work, having "been the client".
