About Elma O’Reilly


Elma O’Reilly is a passionate and innovative HR professional with almost 20 years’ experience in the global HR arena. She has worked with brands such as Nike, PVH (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) and All Saints in Senior HR roles.

About Caroline McEnery


Caroline McEnery is a HR and Employment Law expert and is Managing Director of The HR Suite. She is a former member of the Low Pay Commission and is also an adjudicator in the Work Place Relations Commission. She is known as a top trainer and presenter, keynote speaker, expert investigator, mediator, WRC Adjudication Officer and owner of The HR Suite

She has also completed a Masters in Human Resources in the University of Limerick, she is CIPD accredited as well as being a trained mediator. Caroline had worked across various areas of HR for over 20 years in Kerry Group and in the retail and hospitality sector where she was the Operations and HR Director of the Garvey Group prior to setting up The HR Suite in 2009.

With offices in Dublin and Kerry and a nationwide client base of SME's and multinationals, The HR Suite has over 500 clients throughout Ireland and employs a team of HR Advisors who offer clients expert HR advice, training, third party representation and other HR services.

Caroline is the author of “The Art of Asking the Right Questions” a tool kit for people managers to ensure they maximise the talent of their people.


About Brendan Morahan


Brendan Morahan is a senior construction executive with over 30 years’ experience at Taylor Woodrow and VINCI. His goal is to ensure the businesses, the people in the businesses and society at large succeeds. As MD of Taylor Woodrow/Vinci Infrastructure, he led teams turning over £400m a year. His board level experience includes operations, business development, supply chain and commercial responsibility.

Invennt is a business consultancy working with organisations who execute, commission or support the development and construction of capital projects. They operate in the UK, Ireland and Canada.
