    Cian is one of the longest standing members of the Irish Showjumping Team with over 125 senior caps. Competing as a show jumper since the age of 14, he is Ireland’s only Olympic medallist in the sport, having achieved a Bronze Medal in individual show jumping at London 2012 on the horse Blue Loyd.

    He was first selected to represent his country at the age of 18, and has gone on to add many medals to his trophy cabinet in the two decades since. These include a Team Gold Medal and an Individual Bronze at the European Show Jumping Championships at Gothenburg in 2017, together with a Team Gold Medal in 2019 at the Barcelona Nations Cup Final,
