Future Leaders

FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME (FLP)

IIBN DFA

The FLP is a mentoring programme which connects the next generation of Irish executives with successful Irish entrepreneurs and business professionals.

Established in 2013, the programme is designed to identify and assist young Irish executives who are looking to accelerate their progress along their chosen career path.

Each FLP participant is connected with a carefully-selected experienced and successful Irish business executive who acts as the participant’s mentor for the 12 month duration of the programme.

FLP participants are typically between the ages of 25 and 35, and will have demonstrated high potential characteristics within their career to date.

The mentor and the FLP participant are expected to meet on a regular basis, ideally once a month. In addition to this, IIBN arranges regular events for all particpants and mentors.

The programme is an ideal way for participants to meet fellow young Irish executives on the fast track.

A special group for programme participants and alumni of the programme has been set up and may be found here

If you would like to participate on this programme, please contact Ailbhe Mullen at ailbhe (@) iibn.com
